And I got to interview the director, who' s quite an interesting personality, seeing his work more as that of a sociologist than that of an artist. The weird thing is: you can describe the content of the film and it'll sound dull. But it was utterly fascinating to me, and I think I'll go see it again once it finally comes out. I gave it 3 and a half of five, and thought it may have overstated, but there's still enough there to recommend it. It's a good film for sure but for me not quite a Palme d'Or winner.
