Thanksgiving: The Aftermath

My current bloated state puts me in the mind of Mr. Creosote in Monty Python’s The Meaning of Life.
I hope everyone had a good one.

Not watching this.
I just finished watching Babette’s Feast. An image that I think much more fitting to go out with on Thanksgiving, thanks. :-p
But it’s great to see how in touch you still are with your inner child, Craig. :D
hahaha, I was just watching this earlier today!
Yes. To quote Craig Kennedy, “Ahh ha ha ha ha ha ha.”
The Creosote segment is a favorite at this house–while appropriate for Thanksgiving, it is played for laughs on many an occasion. But I do see Alison’s point-of-view. My wife Lucille is completely with her.
Don’t get me wrong, Thanksgiving is actually one of my favorite holidays…and I certainly hope everhyone had a great one…but there’s still something about the excess that puts me off.
And I love this movie.
