That would definitely be seared into my memory had it happened. I actually wrote up a comment on this this morning...and the server booted it out. So... I adored CHICAGO. It's my favourite film musical. I also think ROB MARSHALL is amazing. This looks like the event of the season. Whether or not it will be is anyone's guess. I think a lot of people were waiting with bated breath to see if DDL was going to sing in these few precious moments. I think there are tons of cinematically inclined individuals just waiting to see how his performance is and what he's going to do with the part. He's brilliant. But this is a real departure for him. That song (BE ITALIAN) Is catchy as hell. Once you've heard it, you can't forget it. It was an absolute joy to see my beloved JUDI DENCH again. She's cute as hell. Plus NICOLE, MARION and SOPHIA looked absolutely breathtaking. It may very well turn out to be a mess. But it'll be a exquisitely sexy fascinating one. For sure. I can't wait...
