I have days I feel like my head’s that big.
Mia looks pretty. She was so good in That Evening Sun. I’m curious to see what kind of range she has.
She was great on the first season of In Treatment. Hope she does well. Wow, they put a lot of effort into these “production art” pieces, which are now the marketing imagery for this film. I love the tripped out look and feel of this. I’m not a big fan of Willy Wonka or Big Fish, but I’m hoping this inspired Burton to really bring something fresh to the material. So far, I’m liking what I’m seeing.
I’m having one of those days today, JB. And I don’t mean ego.
This artwork is frame ready. I dig it.
The only Burton film I don’t like in any way is Remake of the Apes. Big Fish was flawed for sure, but something about it appealed to me. Wonka had its moments of sacrilege, but I think it atoned by sticking closer to the book in many ways than the original adaptation. Still, not a perfect movie either.
