Looks like bigger sets, slicker cinematography and lots of slo-mo. What do you do with a remake like this? If you stray too far from the original, you've fucked up a genre classic. If you hew too closely, it's a pointless rehash. The worst-of-both-worlds approach is when they make an uninspired copy but then throw in some stupid, random departure just for the hell of it. The only reason I might consider seeing it is to check out what JEH does with the character. I'll keep expectations very low and wait for the reviews. I was almost afraid to watch it.
