Apple has our first real look at one of the more anticipated movies of the year, Darren Aronofsky’s dueling ballerina movie Black Swan starring Natalie Portman, Vincent Cassel and Mila Kunis. (Now embedded after the jump for your streaming pleasure)

  1. I watched. Looks interesting, although a bit different from what I mentally expected. Has there been any word on this one already?

    That poster image is supremely creepy too.

  2. As I said on Twitter, looks creepy (double for the poster–I’m with joel there) and, just like Requiem for a Dream, potentially a movie that I’ll see once and never again. The trailer just about wore me out in the same way.

  5. Hm. I’m oddly nonplussed about this. I know I should be psyched to see Aranofsky something like this, but I like my giallo to be bright and cartoonishly colorful, and have the Goblins on the soundtrack.

    It is nice to see Portman in kabuki-style make-up again, I’ll say that.
