  1. Well, you’re lucky. They decided to postpone Dragon Tattoo here – for the second time… I’m thinking it’s pretty much buried, but I hope they do keep this 3rd Nov. date. I have no idea why they want it to compete with Harry Potter.

I just got through the first book – not as good as I was expecting – I think I liked the film better. I guess it was more… exciting. Lisbeth is a lot more intriguing, in that they probably show snips of book #2 and #3. In the book, she seems like a separate part of the story altogether.

  2. I’ll see this.

  3. I’m all about the books, all the way. After my great disappointment in the first film, I doubt I’ll see the final two. I imagine I’ll check out the first U.S. installment, though.

Also: you’d think this third one was nothing but car chases and violence from this trailer. Sheesh.

  4. I’ve still gotta see #2

  5. jenny, American trailers of foreign films tend to be this way, non? Plus, they also usually skip any long sequence that might contain dialog… fearful that people won’t watch the films knowing that they’re in a foreign language… and not dubbed.

  6. Indeed. The American made that film look much more actiony than it was and boy were audiences disappointed!
