Ratatouille (2007) Directed by Brad Bird. Colette voiced by Janeane Garofolo
Colette: Cooks move fast. Sharp utensils, hot metal. Keep your arms in. You’ll minimize cuts and burns and keep your sleeves clean. Mark of a chef: messy apron, clean sleeves.

Great movie. Colette was an amazing character.
The Incredibles is my fav Pixar, but Ratatouille grows every time I see it.
One of the greatest animated features of the new millenium, a huge favorite in this house, and film that boasts phantasmagoric visuals and a flat-out sensational score.
I loved Rat the first time I saw it, but I was actually surprised at how much I enjoyed it this last time through. A delight at every turn.
This is probably my favorite Pixar film at this point. I’ve seen it multiple times and it never fails to entertain me. Incredibles is a close second, but Ratatouille just gets me on a different level. Plus I think the animation in Ratatouille is more innovative and interesting to revisit.
I might be inclined to agree with you if I really thought about it, Joel. I cling to Incredibles because it was my first Pixar love but goddamn Ratatouille is terrific.
